The Foundation conducts a grants program for former residents of those institutions. The aim of the Starlight Children's Foundation in Queensland is to brighten the lives of seriously ill and hospitalised children and their families. Our diversionary programs include providing 'wish-granting' to seriously ill children, and in-hospital entertainment through the Starlight Express Room at the Mater Hospital and the Starlight Express Van travelling regional Queensland.
