Acquittal Process

Acquittal documentation will be provided with the funding.

Organisations are requested to complete and return this acquittal statement confirming that all funds have been expended for the purposes they were given.

This form must be signed by the person managing the project and a member of the organisation’s management committee.

A Statement of Project Expenditure must also be completed and returned to the Foundation as part of the funding acquittal.
