Conditions of Funding

Organisations which are successful in receiving a grant will be forwarded correspondence including:

• a letter of offer
• the process for claiming grant funds
• a funding agreement, acquittal form and statement of expenditure

All organisations receiving grants through Queensland Community Foundation are required to sign a grant agreement. Recipients are to inform the Foundation of any changes to or delays in the completion of your project through the duration of the agreed grant period.

Provide relevant information about your project.

Satisfactorily acquit your project at the end of the agreed grant period by completing and signing an acquittal form.
